"I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The excellent service and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Lancaster Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service. I would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"I had an amazing stay in Beirut, Lebanon! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. "Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the country and his bad financial situation and i couldn't leave the taxi without doing something for him. In short guests accepting your rates and stay at your beautiful hotel will expect a better pick up standard and you should perhaps cancel the "normal" and provide only VIP airport pickup. Thanks."

"Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the services were good. The only suggestion I have is regarding the air conditioning in the hallways leading to the rooms. They can get very hot, so it would be much more comfortable if those areas were air-conditioned as well. Other than that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay."
