"We got our room upgraded for free when we checked in. The new room had cookware, a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room was great, the bed was a little harder than we preferred. "

"This hotel should be removed from Expedia. The staff will steal money from you. There are cockroaches and blood in your bed. Plus mice running around. "

"This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area "
