The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. "Wir hatten von Samstag auf Sonntag gebucht und hinterher übers Hotel noch die Nacht vorher eingebucht. Die würde nur für eine Person gebucht und wir mussten 50 Euro mehr bezahlen als gedacht. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mir einen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon und vielleicht ein bisschen Besteck gewünscht. Es war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war super. "
