The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. "Vi var godt tilfredse, og have fravalgt rengøring i de 4 overnatninger. Undrede os lidt over, at der ikke var kaffepulver og frisk vand hver dag. Havde vi haft 4 enkeltovernatninger, eller valgt daglig rengøring, havde det været tilfældet for samme pris. Hvorfor er der store træer foran balkonerne? Hvis træerne var sprunget ud, ville udsigten være stærkt begrænset. Samlet helhedsintryk fint. Vi har ingen mening om morgenmad, da vi havde fravalgt denne. Vi spiste 2 gange i restaurationen, og...

"The staff and location are great! The hotel is walking distance to the restaurants and shopping… and the Hauptbahnhof. I only wish they would provide a coffee pot for the room. I enjoy my stay. "
