We found two cockroaches in our room. One between the desk and bed on our first night, another in the bathroom the next morning. The pull out sofa "cover" (there was no sheet on it)was dirty and had debris on it.

The Ocean Key Virginia Beach Resort
We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time

There isn’t an activity room yet you pay a resort fee. What is the resort fee for? We can get a pool and place at any hotel. The activity room was storage for mattresses and furniture. There was an ATM and pinball table…
