"The room was clean but the hotel is dated and needs upgrades. The bed was not very comfortable. Parking garage needs security cameras and/or restrooms since we saw someone using the garage as a restroom. Also stairways need air fresheners to combat marijuana smell. "

"Great little spot basically right on the water! Super clean, and the staff were great. Originally gave us the key to the wrong room, but after calling the front desk the staff came right up and got us the right key and into the right room. Would definitely come back and recommend it for others. Only down side is the balcony is somewhat shared, with privacy being limited. Not a deal breaker for me. 5 stars all around! "

"Hotel was nice overall. Location is good being right on the beach. Overall the room itself was fine. Mattresses were thin and very firm, not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind it definitely impacted my sleep. Bathroom was smallish but functional, water pressure was low in the shower but manageable. We had a partial ocean view and that was fine. The balcony had a good view and had 2 decent chairs. Be aware that there is a safe in the room. For that safe the hotel charges you 2 dollars a night if you use the safe or not. They just add this fee into your total and dont mention it. You have to request them to refund this fee at the end of your stay. This seems at the very least dishonest on the businesses part. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! Olivia Nash, at the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and kind. All of the other staff we encountered were wonderful as well. The room was a good size and was clean. We loved the ocean view room...but be aware that Hyatt puts dividers between the "bedroom section" and "living room" section, so you cannot see the ocean from the bed. I moved the furniture around and slept on the sleep-sofa so I could fall asleep and wake to the ocean view. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was tasty. The staff tried to keep up with replenishing the food, but sometimes we had to go up multiple times to try to get a pancake, waffle, or yogurt. The hotel's location is great, as it is right on the Ocean City Boardwalk. The indoor pool makes it a good choice in the off-season!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is okay, same stuff everyday. They are pet friendly hotel. 2 mins drive to Ocean city Boardwalk. Lots of restaurant within walking distance and 5 mins walk to grocery supermarket. Will definitely book here again in the future. "

"The ocean view from room 917 was relaxing and breathtaking on the balcony. The proximity to main attractions was great. The indoor pool was not as large as it appeared online. I did not care for the indoor pool being divided by a glass wall that had the small restaurant on the other side. I also was expecting to take my granddaughter to the arcade but the staff said they longer had an arcade. The free public washers and dryers were an appreciated amenity. The front desk sold detergent for $1. Overall the accomodations were nice and the bathroom double sinks was a nice feature: however I was not a fan of shower head being in the middle of shower. I would definitely stay there again but probably in September (instead of the end of chilly March because more entertainment options would be open as well as a warmer beach temperature). "
