"We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours. "I liked tge fact that we were able to get a room late in the evening. Hampton is one of my favorite hotels. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Our room was good. It was spacious and provided all the amenities I needed. The ice box was even on our floor, which was on the 2nd. This hotel has 3 floors in total. The breakfast was good. I thought the eating area was slightly small. I did notice that guests were leaving the area with their food n coffee due to customers in groups hanging around the tables. But overall it was very well provided with food and very clean. Thank you had a great stay."
