"The staff here was super friendly and helpful. They actually called our room on first night to check on us and make sure everything was good. Place is very clean"

"We did not stay in the room. It was supposed to be non-smoking but when we got there, the smoke out would knock you down. Since my wife is highly allergic, we left and went down the road to another hotel. They would not give us a refund, even though they did not deliver what they had said they would. The parking lot was full of potholes. We arrived at 8 o’clock, and no one was in the office. It was locked and no one entered the phone or the bell. The desk clerk was down at the end of the hotel in another room with someone. Very poor service. Worst hotel experience ever!"
