The hotel has a parking lot, which is very helpful. The area is very quiet. Stresa is about three kilometers away for a boat ride, a stroll, and numerous restaurants. Ideal place to visit the lake."

"Although my daughter was sick for the two days we stayed, the campsite is clean, quiet, and a restful place to spend some time. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again. "This is a charming hotel in a convient walking location to restaurants and the lake. The beds are only ok and the TV was limited but the showers were hot and the balcony had a lovely view."

"Travelling from Milan Malpensa airport by train to Baveno it couldn’t have been easier to get to Hotel Elvezia, just a five minute walk away. A friendly welcome and drop off of our bags in our lovely, clean room and it was off to get our bearings in Baveno. The lake itself is only 150 metres away, with restaurants, bars, shops etc on the front by the main boat ferries and bus stops. A great base to explore Lago Maggiore, with the hotel so helpful should you need assistance. Thoroughly...
