Hotel Villa Gustui Maris

"If you’re looking for the best views in Cala Gonone, this is the hotel to book. The panoramic views overlooking the Gulf of Orosei are simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to that incredible coastline was one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully appointed. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool after long days exploring the nearby beaches. It was the perfect place to unwind while taking in some of the most spectacular scenery on the island. The only minor drawback is the parking. The streets surrounding the hotel are extremely steep, so parking can be a bit challenging. However, that is a small tradeoff for the incredible location and unforgettable views. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cala Gonone. The panoramic views alone make it worth the trip. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
Hotel Miramare

"We were absolutely elated by this place! Cala Gonone exceeded our expectations in terms of a beautiful coastal area that isn't mobbed like some other portions of Italy. Hotel Miramare is beautiful and right next to the beach. Parking was a little unclear and we got a ticket, so be aware of parking rules and finding a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful with many suggestions. Our room was fantastic - complete with TWO balconies. The south balcony was a bit warm for our tastes but the east balcony (facing the beach) was shady and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We asked for extra pillows, which they promptly brought to us. We enjoyed the outdoor grill for dinner one night and really enjoyed the preparations. The breakfast buffet in the morning had all of the fruits, meats, perfectly-prepared eggs and pastries we could hope for, and the staff graciously let us get an early start on breakfast the morning we rented a boat. The atmosphere throughout was light, clean and uplifting, enhanced by the ultra-friendly staff. It's not even a question that we will return here on our next trip to Sardinia."

"This hotel is super cute and absolutely beautiful. Right in front of the beach and convenient. The hotel manager was so lovely helping me and my family with everything I needed from booking a transfer service to accommodating our needs with our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again."

"This hotel was great! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We stayed in June and they had a great buffet breakfast each morning, plus drinks and snacks available the rest of the day. The pool was really nice and not too busy. Would recommend staying here. Only downside is that it is up on a hill (like everywhere else) and its about a 15 to 20 minute walk down to the city center."

"This resort hotel still looks new and modern. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all really helpful. Breakfast was great - there is a buffet breakfast, but cooked dishes are chargeable as extras. The hotel bar is also really good. We stayed one night which was a mistake, because the resort has many facilities - like the swimming pool, private beach area, massage area, etc. - which you don’t really get to enjoy during a 1-night stay. This hotel is best enjoyed as a multi-day stay so that you can enjoy ALL the facilities."
