Gostei do serviço, porém, acredito que o restaurante poderia ter mais opções de comidas. tipo, de carne só tem dois tipos de corte, um de carne de sol e outro de filé..não tem picanha ou outros tipos de carne. Sobre as demais comidas, não tenho a reclamar.

Foi uma experiência incrível um hotel maravilhoso que vale a pena irmos sempre muito acolhedor, a única coisa q não gostei muito só atendimento do bar da piscina mas o resto tudo muito perfeito estão de parabéns todos.

Uma vista de tirar o fôlego

Sempre fico nesse hotel por conta da tranquilidade (eles proíbem caixa de som), do sossego e da natureza exuberante. Os trabalhadores são todos muito educados e atenciosos. Eles proíbem caixa de som e barulho, mas dessa vez tinha uma família com uma caixa de som enorme na área da piscina, fazendo um carnaval e ninguém do hotel solicitou o cumprimento da regra. Achei desrespeito com outros hospedes que buscam o hotel por conta da tranquilidade e sossego. Além disso, achei o quarto premium precisando de algumas reformas, pois o quarto que ficamos tinha bastante mofo no banheiro e um pouco no quarto. De todas as vezes que me hospedei no hotel, essa me decepcionou um pouco.

Estadia tranquila, bom no conforto, porém a área de lazer deixou a desejar na qualidade, as piscinas são feitas no cimento, onde é muito propício a quem utiliza se machucar, no minha estadia minha esposa se machucoubdevido ao material que é feiri a piscina, cimento com pedra

Pontos positivos - Colaboradores extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, os jardins muito bem cuidados, as jacuzzis com jatos fortes para relaxamento, a proximidade com Guaramiranga, café da manhã de boa qualidade e o restaurante com ótimas opções. Pontos negativos - quarto apertado (pelo menos o que eu fiquei), chuveiro fraquíssimo, toalhas de banho de baixa qualidade para o preço que se paga por uma diária e muito movimento externo por conta do museu que fica na entrada do hotel.

Muito agradável

As instalações são muito boa, os quartos são comfortaveis, as piscinas bem agradaveis e a vista é linda em todos os lados do complexo. O ponto fraco fica por conta da cozinha que deixa a desejar tanto no restaurante quanto na piscina.
