Everything came as advertised, we had a beach-view apartment in the large highrise Orbi City complexes in Batumi, with a breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. The apartment was relatively clean and well-outfitted, though there's limited availability of on-site hotel service if needed. A solid place to stay for a couple of nights.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Orbi complex and had a great experience. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the sea, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! The staff was friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batumi!

Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy. The people in the office are very nice and helpful, very easy to communicate with them via What'sApp. I would like to thank the office staff for professionalism, hospitality and for the attitude.

The worst hotel

It was the worst hotel ever. It took us two hours just to get in to our room. There were no towels and when we asked for them, they bring them after half an hour

Excellent location right on Batumi walkable boulevard. Lots of restaurants and cafeteria nearby. Right by the Black Sea. Service was pretty exceptional and fast! Lika was very helpful! The only con was a noise insulation and a party all the way into 1 AM next door. But this is what you get when you book a room in a 50 floor hotel. The area itself if going through some massive reconstruction. So one needs to be prepared for construction noise. Otherwise a great value for money! Loved the stay and would come back again!

Stellar sea views, high above Batumi

This place has a great sea view, no doubt about that. However, it is a bit small and impersonal. A bit austere. That said, you can't really complain as the view is so great. The TV was modern and had a few English news channels, wi-fi was good, The actual building entrance was a bit hard to find but all in all, for the price, a great modern room with a killer view for sunsets galore.

Very good hotel, it's a twintower, very clean with soundproof glass, during day you can hear a little bit noise sometimes due to work outside because it's not finish yet construction, but evening and night are so quiet and relaxing
