"The Hotel Gabriella is a wonderful retreat. The rooms are spacious and clean. Water and coffee was an added touch, thank you. The staff were very helpful, personable and gracious. Thank you. Their breakfasts were great. There was always a nice variety and more than enough to fill you up. They also serve lunch and dinner. They have a full menu. We have had several meals in their restaurant and the meals are always delicious and plentiful. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and very nice, always working for the customer. Thank you. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, I highly recommend the Hotel Gabriella. "

"I am a returnees, every time I need to be in tagbilaran I booked at this hotel since the price is reasonable and it's convenient especially the inuded breakfast. My only complaint is the unstable internet connection, now you see now you don't."

"The rooms are so tiny. Breakfast took a while to be served even when we already chose what we want and what time we will eat when we checked in. Food served was very limited. Place is convenient as it is near the pier. "

"The service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and the pool was perfect size to just get wet and cool off. The restaurant was excellent as was the food.. The property is quite far from most things but is very quiet and peaceful.. please be aware there is no beach front. The resort is on a cliff. You will need to take transport to the beaches near by at other resorts. Things I would take note of that would have made me give 5 stars. 1. Any needs you have using a driver there is a service fee. I did not mind paying for the service as it was excellent. However it was not made clear that there was a service fee for any transport needs you may have during your stay. It was offered at every turn that our driver can take you wherever you need to go. But no mention of a fee much less how much the fee would be. How is the fee calculated? 2. The sun is very strong in the first half of the day, making the restaurant not very comfortable to sit and eat in.. maybe some blinds or sheer curtains as you have in the room to cut down on the blinding light. 3. The private pool is not so private as you can see them from the restaurant with no problem. Extending the tarps that are currently hung above the patio/pool area would ensure that you are not swimming with anyone from above looking down on you.. as the vibe is a couples resort.. Thank you Ariel, Stanley, JR and the staff you are all wonderful at your jobs. It is all of you that made our stay wonderful."

"Very welcoming and relaxed, they have drivers & tour guides available which was fantastic the property is not close to other services which was no problem for me as the food service at Hayahay was very good my room the loft was big enough for 2 x couples or family the pool was terrific I did swim out the front on high tide."
