"Another comfortable stay whilst in the CBD for a heavy week of study. Thomas on front desk accomodated an after the fact two extra night add on, meaning I didn't need to change rooms which was greatly appreciated. Slight concern with water pressure one morning, but it was a bigger issue than one room (it happens) which was outside the staff's control. Meal options are good value for those time poor or not wanting to head outside the property. Frequent user and will continue to do."

"The room is generally matched with what it was listed. Pretty spacious and clean on arrival. Great location. Overall experience was good. The only disappointment was I called the night before to the staff that I have extended and paid for another two nights, wishing to keep the same room stays. However I still got waken up by their morning call from the front desk asking me to check out. It seems there’s no communication between shifts or proper documentation from the night staff. Else I request to do the housekeeping, expecting the bathroom floor will be cleaned as well but the hairs were still on the floor."

"the veranda along the front of the rooms was very dirty and needs a good steam clean, and in the room the paint was coming off the walls and there was dirty hand prints all over the walls. The towel rail in the bathroom was missing and it was just generally not clean. Also, the room was not serviced once over my 4 night stay, no clean towels and no refill of tea/coffee and I had to buy my own milk. I would not stay here again."

"Deluxe Studio: The receptionist helped with check-in even during their after hours. Just be mindful when booking through an external website, it might state that check-in is from 2-6pm. However, when we got there around 5pm, reception was closed. The neighbourhood is safe and everyone is super friendly. We had two cars and were able to park at our residence. Quiet neighbourhood curfew - 10PM Which means you can enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay! Note for staff: could you please check that there isn’t any gas leakages in the studios? The fire alarms are sensitive which is helpful when you’re in danger but my partner and I think there could possibly be a slight leak in the gas after using the kitchen."
