"The property needs maintenance. While it is kept clean, I had issues with the balcony door (no one came to attend to it either). The TV never worked. There was no water for one day and no announcement to say as such. There wasn’t even a map so you could find amenities. Overall customer service down right poor. Workers generally had a poor or rude attitude. Restaurant was closed and found out only at dinner time. Service in the pub was not great. Would I stay here again? Most likely not. You couldn’t even bathe on the beach here. Also it should be clearly displayed that the hotel will CALL a taxi for you. The cost of this ‘shuttle’ is not included and must be paid by you. "

"We stayed 4 nights while exploring the local nature. Our executive bungalow was spacious and very comfortable, right next to the beach, with plenty of seating inside and out. The restaurant and bar staff were very efficient and friendly, but room service could be improved. The quality of meals in the restaurant was very good."

" I wanted to take a moment to share feedback from my recent stay at Tropikist Resort. First, I would like to say that the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch. That said, I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the all-inclusive package. When booking an all-inclusive stay, I expected a more comprehensive experience. Upon arrival, there was no bottled water or drinks available in the room, and I later learned that only certain beverages were included. Bottled water and some local drinks, such as Carib beers, had to be purchased separately, which was unexpected. Additionally, I noticed that there was no lifeguard on duty at the beach area, which would have been reassuring from a safety perspective. The food itself was very tasty, and compliments to the kitchen staff; however, the selection was fairly limited. Between meal times, there were also no real snack options available, which would have been a nice addition to the all-inclusive offering. Overall, I would rate my stay a 3 out of 5. Despite these setbacks, I did enjoy the friendliness of your staff and the relaxing atmosphere, and I would still recommend Tropikist Resort to others—with the understanding of these limitations. "My stay at Comfort Inn Tobago was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. They even accommodated a late check-out. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a real highlight; a well-balanced with both local and continental options, fresh and satisfying. "

"Overall, the stay was truly amazing. The rooms were spotless, and the sound of the waves at night created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The villagers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the charm of the experience. One of the things we enjoyed most was meeting many friendly tourists from all over the world, including Austria, Germany, Canada, the United States and other places. Many of them shared that they felt very safe and warmly welcomed by the locals, which made the entire experience even more special. It created a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable sharing stories and experiences. The nearby amenities, including the corner shop and bar, were very convenient and enjoyable. The backyard barbecue guy was also a great touch. One of the highlights was the short walk to one of Tobago’s most beautiful beaches, Pirates Bay. And if you visit, be sure to look out for Jabba, the friendly Rasta who sells doubles and makes some of the best fish and fries around. 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay again."
