"A wonderful welcome from the moment we entered until the minute we left. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, and exceptionally helpful. We were given advice on how to get into Bath with all the road closures for the half marathon, the bus timetables were looked up for us and we were even walked out of the hotel to point us to the bus stop. "The lady who checked me in was excellent, very courteous and helpful. Amenities were very good, and room was clean. Bed was comfortable, my pillow was too soft, but that is a personal observation and choice. Overall an excellent choice!!"
