"This place is incredibly gorgeous on the outside! The pool is amazing, the bar and snack shops are great. We enjoyed the fire dancing show with BBQ, and renting a jet ski. Seriously fun time.
The breakfast buffet was also pretty good.
The inside of the rooms are were really rundown though, and the lots of black mold spots in the bathroom. That was extremely disappointing.
Additionally, the check-in and checkout out procedures are really inefficient. Everything is still done with paper and pen, which is especially bad for the checkout procedure because they go and inspect and clean each individual room as you checkout, so you have to wait before you're allowed to leave.
Also, you can't bring any outside food or drinks in. We went to an outside restaurant, and weren't allowed to bring our leftovers to our room. Kind of annoying policy.
I would consider staying again because the outside portion of the resort is amazing, but the quality of the rooms is really lacking."
