"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all wonderful. However, for SEA, it’s priced like a luxury hotel without providing the amenities typically found at a luxury hotel."

"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. Friendly staff though and quick to address any concerns. Looking forward to when they are fully operational."
