"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"A great place for family to escape the busy city and relax. I am grateful for all the staff members during our stay and welcoming us like family. I visited Nuuk with our family of 9 and had the best experience. I would like to thank Vince, Maica and Vincent for caring for our family. I hope they get the recognition and respect they deserve. "The hotel room and service were good. Breakfast was good too! The only setback in staying on the ground floor is the noise coming from the hotel neighbor at the back of the property.Their music was too loud at the time of our stay."
