"I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel.
The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out.
If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work "

"The property is clean & well maintained. If you have your own mode of transportation, this is a great place. A quiet retreat from a day’s adventure. Beds are comfortable and it comes with free sumptous breakfast. Also have a great view of Paoay Lake. The cons: it is only walkable to Paoay Lake, other than that you need to hire your own transportation. The hotel also do not have a restaurant so if you come late or hungry - your only option is to walk across and get some Japanese food."
