"The hotel was clean and in a great spot in regard to access to the lake and public transport. The staff were lovely with flora and her dog biggie being the highlight of our stay. The warm welcome we got from them when we returned to the hotel at night ended each day on a positive note. The only down side was the cleaner came into the room when we left despite there being a do not disturb sign on the door. Someone also took our do not disturb sign from our door. "Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back."
