"Nice modern hotel close to train and bus station. Can walk to town centre in 15 minutes. Parking available. Breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. marked down as another couple entered our room in error with a key given in error. This was sorted out quickly and staff very apologetic."

"This is an excellent option when wanting to be located in the heart of walkable Verona. The location is unbeatable. Rooms are very nice although we could not figure out how to turn on the heat or the AC. The pillows and mattresses are standard Italian fare meaning barely comfortable but not back breaking. Breakfast buffet is a must with excellent options and lovely way to start your day. There are cafes and even a large Starbucks nearby but this is convenient and good. It would be nice to have at least one news channel in english given the international clientele. And there is no meal service available in rooms despite what they say. We called room service and they seemed confused and told us everything is frozen and they just reheat…."
