"The pictures on the website are totally different with what we stayed last night. So horrible: dirty, the towels, floors, tables. The tray for coffee machine is broken and all dirty, the coffee machine was not clean, the old coffee pad still inside Toilet too old and dirty. Very very terrible for staying. We were in room #4, #6 on Jun23/2026 Never ever stay here again. Don’t look at the advertising pictures."

"We will not be returning. The front desk is only open for a few hours in the morning and before our stay started we called multiple times and never got an answer. Once we were turning in for the night we pulled the linens back to find a dead bug smeared into the sheets as well as random small stains scattered around. Once we called the after hours number someone came and told us “welcome to the country folks” and was very condescending. The room was also insanely dusty and an allergy nightmare. We have pictures of the very clearly poorly maintained room as well as more detailed videos. We travel to places like this all the time and have truly never been told that dead bugs in the bed are normal. What a shame because the property itself was cute. Getting into the property from the road is also sort of difficult when there’s lots of cars and I’d you’re staying here hoping to be close to Yosemite it is a lot further than you think. We got married last week and this was supposed to be a small vacation before our bigger honeymoon and we are severely disappointed. I’ll stay at the collection of chain hotels next time who don’t think this level of “cleanliness” is acceptable."

"The room was clean but the shower ( bathtub) was dangerous thing to step up into. It had poor water pressure so the shower did not come on all the way. Staff was okay but not helpful if you were not tipping them. We left a day early and the front desk said we need to talk with Expedia for a refund of those funds. But with how they are handling our car rental I don’t think we will get our money back. Feeling let down by the third party business companies. Disappointed for sure."
