"We arrived early and though we couldn’t check in we could store our bags. We used our time to explore beautiful Biarritz and the shoreline. Though the hope always is that you can check in early it was no problem at all"

"Breakfast adequate. Our room looked over the road. Reception staff were lovely but man behind bar a bit dismissive and not polite. Nice loacation onto a lake."

"Access to the spa is world class, very nice and clean sauna, hammam, and plunge pool. The room was very nice as well. At the time of my stay there were improvements being undertaken. Never encountered construction noise but evidence of building/remodeling were common. Seemed like a positive sign to me."
