"Pros: Historic, Very clean hotel with daily cleaning and lovely and respectful frontdesk staff. In the heart of downtown so access is great and the shops around would address most of your needs. Cons: Our AC was broken and we let the staff know, they just gave us a heater and that was it. We were expecting the hotel manager to come and follow up with maintenance staff to address the issue, but since it was over the weekend I think she preferred to stay at home. We let them know about the issue on Friday morning and were there three days but no one came to fix the AC. Surprising level of management and service for the second most expensive hotel in the town. PARKING: The hotel doesnt have parking and only offers valet parking. If you want to use self parking, it becomes a nightmare since you will need to use a nearby bank parking only between 6PM-9AM and during the day you will need to find alternative solutions. Parking is a headache altogether."

"Cute little hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Front staff was very accommodating for our large van we had to park over the weekend. Forgot my toothbrush and was able to get one of those as well. Amazing dinners within walking distance and felt very safe. Will stay again next year for sure."

"The outlets on the lamp were not useable so we couldn’t plug in our chargers. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Front seat staff very helpful and courteous."
