"We have thought hard about this review because the people that run the hotel are very nice people who are very welcoming. Despite the language barrier Ginette was great and spoke better English than we did French. However, the issues were with the room itself. When we entered the room it actually looked great with the bedroom being separate and up one flight of stairs but there was a damp musty smell that we thought may have just been from being closed. Unfortunately, despite trying that smell...

"Charming villa in a perfect location to explore the Normandy Beaches and surrounding areas. Only a few minutes to Arromanches (even walkable) and Bayeux. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with so many thoughtful details. Friendly and accommodating hosts, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!"

"We stayed at the Kyriad to be near family in Dives-sur-Mer. I was excited by all the facilities on offer at this hotel (check opening times). The studio room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and for a fee of 10€, a sink with hob. We both slept well in the temperature controlled room. I enjoyed the waterfall shower. Note: To operate push the ring upwards. With close proximity to Lidl(for shopping), Dive, Cabourg for entertainment. Overall a great place to stay. "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
