"Hotel is nice.
But there was no lift in the 2nd building of the hotel so i have to take the stairs to 5th floor.
No glass in the room fo water drink. "

Got confused with billing payments but the staff reassured me and the manger helped explain the process to me as it was my first time paying for a hotel and flight. Porz is a lovely area and the locals were helpful when I got lost or confused as my German is not the best. Would stay here again."
"Very clean and newly renovated. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were a bit cramped, the bathroom smelled like rotting broccoli the whole time (not from us), and the parking was limited unless you were willing to pay €13."

"Really nice hotel. Nice welcome on arrival and small activity packs for the children. Good location for the river and chocolate museum and not too far to walk to the central area of the city (about 20 minutes). We stayed here for 4 nights in a heat wave (+35c), and the room stayed comfortable with the cooling/ventilation running. Ate one evening in the hotel restaurant - food was good. Great selection at breakfast. Would recommend!"
"This is thé worst hotel/ apartment I have ever stayed, especially paid so much for each night.
The only good thing for this apartment is they have taxis downstairs during the day time, and restaurants and shops very close. But the apartment itself not worthy that amount of money we spent.
These are the reasons:
- We had 2 people staying there, but only given 1 pair of keys which super inconvenient to us. Especially all the entrances need key to get in:
- the check- in is in another location, 12 minutes walking away distance, it’s very much inconvenient especially we have luggages.
- no AC, the fan was super loud;
- the towers and bedding sheet very old and not clean;
- the bathroom shower is very narrow and leaking everywhere; because of the divider was very short so water spraying to the sink part. The bathroom is very small for sure. No shower gel, no shampoo for sure. That price we paid 500 euro per night. Any hotel has shampoo for it;
- the bathroom sink itself very easy to be sprayed out when you use it, because of the very very narrow sink itself and very hard control hardware.
We will not recommend to anyone else.
