"Stunning room, easy check in, lots of access to extra supplies, very clean space, lots of room in the room itself, check in online with passports, no front desk, app for your stay isn’t necessary but helpful. Pincode access instead of key was super nice. Great location right by the tram stop/bus stop."

"Steps and elevators are a bit of a pill if you have anyone with disabilities. One reason I cannot give it 5 stars. Steps to get to the first elevator that leads to the 1st floor. Then there are more steps to reach the second elevator, which leads to the hotel room floors. Breakfast was good and worth the cost for the convenience. The hotel's location was excellent, and if you are a walker, there are many places you can reach on foot. There is a park right across the street from the hotel that is really nice and relaxing. Others in my group went and enjoyed nature in the middle of the city. Decent shopping & food options near, and a Money Exchange just one block down. It is a type of bank and they offered a good conversion rate with only a 15 euro charge for the transaction. Goiogle search did not have it and I just happened to find it. "

"The place itself is great. Food is great. But the staff was very rude and not understanding. I was argued with and called a liar in regards to a bus shuttle that failed to pick us up. "

"Hive was a perfect location for us. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Note: the sidewalks are uneven. We walked every where. Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Spanish Steps were only 20 minutes away. We chose to walk every where so we could explore. Rome is such a beautiful city. Hive was perfect. Would stay here again."

"Excellent location! Old Historic Hotel? Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Bellman very good. Front desk staff need to be more attentive to the customer. Room was very nice except the mattress was low and lumpy, Bathtub shower was good. Let cation was perfect!"

"Great location. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was odd we had to leave our room key with the front desk every time we left. The front desk staff were quiet and didn’t ask if we needed any recommendations etc. We were surprised that there wasn’t a coffee/espresso maker in the room. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious."

"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "
