"Place is ok but too many guest. I would only recommend for one or two day business trip near downtown or if you have an event and will use the place to sleep. For me was ok as I have two little children and they needed to have normal breakfast (egg, fruit, milk) but not in a nice location nor so close to downtown, you will need a car for transportation to any place. Regardless the place was really clean, staff is really nice and food is ok. "

"The hotel is considered a boutique hotel, however it was more along the lines of a resort hotel. The lobby is grand, the courtyard is beautiful, the rooms are awesome, prime location, the food at the restaurant was also great. I booked this hotel because i wanted to swim and the pool was on the roof top, so I was very disappointed to see the pool was somewhat small, often crowded and the water always looked green. I checked everyday, thinking it would be remedied in the early morning, but it was not, and I never found it appealing enough to try. Besides the issue with the pool, I found the hotel extremely satisfactory. I would recommended it for anyone wanting a lovely experience as long as it does not include going for a swim. "

"The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well kept. However, the service was disappointing. There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve."
