"Front desk staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property is older, but well kept and very clean. Rooms were quite large and overall a quiet location. It was really nice to have a Robinson's Mall next door as it rained quite a bit whilst we were visiting."

"The aircon was not satisfying because it didn’t work right in spite of multiple adjustments I made. It was not as cold as I was expecting. The room was at 313. Prior to this , I also checked in at room 215 and the AC was in good running condition."

"Long delay more than an hour before our 2 rooms were available for check in. Front desk staff were less than forthcoming with keeping us informed about what was going on, to the point of being somewhat dishonest. Disappointing. I've stayed at xyz several times in recent years. This is the first time I've considered going elsewhere."

"Amazing place, a real gem. Staff were incredible when my mum needed hospitalisation and acted with speed and care. Service of food could have been quicker as at times waited over an hour for simple dishes. But overall food is exceptional. A must stay and hope to be back."
