Very good sized room, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff very friendly. Hotel a little dated and no mini fridge. Wifi connectivity intermittent also. Overall would recommend as a great choice for a hotel in Basel close to the train station. Would stay here again.

GAIA Hotel Basel - the sustainable hotel
amazing location to the train station. It was the perfect base for exploring and the staff and hotel was lovely too. And an amazing free breakfast in a beautiful room

Hotel Victoria
Very convenient to train station. Our stay included a Basel Transit Pass which made it very easy to connect by tram to the Viking dock. If you are staying overnight and arrive or depart by train its a great location.

Novotel Basel City
Clean room, just very warm and stuffy. Air con turned on as low as it went but rooms were still very warm. Good WiFi and amenities in the room.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. I got very sick in the middle of the night and had to go to the ER and the night staff was very helpful and supportive and called me a taxi.
