My last choice if ever again

The hotel photo is nothing like the actual. It is in fact dingy. There is no elevator. For those that have access issues the stairs to the floor where the hotel rooms are steep. The bathroom is tiny again those that might need ADA. No AC or fan. Window for my room opened to the parking lot No draft. I wouldn't return even for 1 night for a layover. At 7am-8:30am there was a woman practicing her opera. Limbering her lungs. Very uncool. Hotel responded and did ask her to stop.

Bon hotel

Chalbre classique un peu viellote bien que propre. Pas de clim donc très chaud selon la température extérieur... parking exterieur reservé aux clients de l’hotel gratuit

attention pour le confort des chambres, aucune ne sont climatisées: uniquement des studios le responsable s'en est excusé en me proposant de me reloger dans un ibis de proximité afin de profiter de la fraîcheur que j'attendais ainsi qu'un rafraîchissement chambre trop petite, bruyante sur l'arrière donnant sur le parking et immeuble En cette période de grosse chaleur, ouvrir sa fenetre est possible mais en etant au RdC, risque de ....... petit déjeuner moyen maj du site imperatif pour ce point qui me semble important pour les personnes comme moi, vivent dans des endroits chauds le responsable de l'hotel tres gené de cette situation a su trouver des solutions

L hôtel proposé un confort raisonnable, chambres propres, sans bruit, petit déjeuner correct, mais ans extra non plus. Au centre de saint Louis, c'est l'un des meilleurs rapport qualité prix.

Akzeptabel für eine Nacht bei einer Geschäftsreise

Ich kam früh an und durfte vor 14 Uhr einchecken. Leider war der Raum noch nicht gesäubert, da das Personal aber weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstand, dauerte es eine Weile bis ich mich verständlich machen konnte. Die Überdecke roch unangenehm, bei dem Hotelstandard sollte man das Klopapier nicht auf der Heizung lagern müssen, generell ist die Einrichtung nicht grade neu. Auch beim Check-Out gab es Missverständnisse, die dazu führten, dass man mir auf der Straße laut hinterher rief, ich hätte nicht bezahlt. Muss ja auch nicht sein. Es gibt nichts, was entschieden gegen dieses Hotel spricht, aber ich werde in Zukunft vermeiden dort unterzukommen und es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Heb niet in het hotel kunnen overnachten wegens overboekt!!! Ik had net een reis van 700km met de wagen achter de rug, kwam laat aan om dan te vernemen dat het hotel vol was!!! Was enorme 'pissed off' Hoteleigenaar vertelde dat ik de zoveelste in de rij was die hij moest weigeren die online geboekt had. Dus jullie systeem werkt niet !!!
