"All was great! Room ceiling light was out but since we were just there to sleep, it wasn’t an issue. We did let the front desk know when we checked out.
Food was excellent! Both breakfast and the dinner meal. We will stay again!"
"I booked it a month in advance and spent $330 on a king room. We booked during the GoPro mountain games and we wanted to stay during the games close to the events We arrived at 7pm and was greeted by Quinn (manager?) we went into our room and it was 78 degrees in June. We turned the AC down for an hour and it actually went up to 79. We called the front desk, spoke to Quinn, and he sent someone down to fix it. The person who came to "fix" the ac just spilled water all over the floor and said wait 30-40 minutes and the AC should work. At this point it was 9pm, I just ran a 5k, and wanted to get sleep to go to the games in the morning. We waited 10 minutes and the temp went up another degree! We are at 80 degrees now and call Quinn. He offers a couple fans and a dehumidifier - We ask to move rooms and he stated that they were all booked (on hotels were all rooms from queen to king available at significantly less then what I paid for my room. Like 240) we ask for a refund and they give it to us after sitting on the phone with hotels.com. We then had to find another hotel at 9:30pm and then find parking at the games which made my following day so much harder. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, quinn then called the next day to continue saying he really would've wanted to have us stay but there was nothin he could do, well there was. You could've moved us to another room but you chose not to. I'm expecting a gaslight response from them below Go anywhere else but here"
