"I don't like the staff manager don't let my daughter pickup her stuff in my room was very rude (my daughter stay in other hotel with her husband but because we going together to a excursions to Baru Island and after she's going to the airport she left her luggage in my room) Very ridiculous management"

"The hotel is very well located. To my taste I found it very noisy, on sunday morning at 6:00am a very outloud noice (music) was being played. The first night on friday night noise from outside was heard from the room. The hotel has beautiful patios and a swimming pool, nice spa, very good food. The rooms need a face lift, I find the hotel over rated and over price. The staff was incredible though."
