"Beds were so hard. You can’t please everyone but they’re one step up from sleeping on a board. Bathroom held so much moisture the floor was slippery and the bathroom smelled like urine. Breakfast was disappointing. No yogurts and pastry selection was lacking. "

"The staff was really rude at check in. Upon entering our room we quickly realized they do NOT clean them. There were some sort of bodily fluids plastered on the toilet wall in the bathroom. The chair was entirely stained with lord knows what. The curtains had unknown substances caked on them. Then there was the cockroach. Only one big ole flyer. We were too tired from traveling to complain and ask for a new room or a refund, so we just rode out the 5 hours we were there. The good reviews for this hotel have got to be bogus. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a stay unless you're in extreme desperation. Second dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in and I've been in many. "

"Standard room quite small, bathroom shower was dirty - it had the previous guests hair all over the shower wall. "

"2 very different sides to this hotel/motel. Pictures on website are very deceiving. One side of this hotel has exterior doorways. The door to our room was so dented and beat up it looked like someone had tried to pry it open. The toilet paper holder was barely held onto the wall and ready to fall off. The bathtub looked like someone had but cigarettes out on the side. The floors were dirty with buildup in the corners. Sheets on bed were also dirty and holes in the comforter. "

"We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was central to what we needed to do and we could shop and go out to eat. It was great"

"The room carpet needs better vacuuming, there were a lot of lady bugs up against the walls. There was no room clean up, which I don’t understand why that is industry standard nowadays to have to specifically request for room service. People pay more for less service. The gym was serviceable, but pretty dirty as well. There was still a $10 fee for breakfast. This place was okay, there are at least a good amount of restaurants in the same shopping complex as the hotel. They have free bottled water, warm cookies and coffee in the mornings."
