"I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable. The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view. "

"We made a booking for this hotel more than a month ago. Came here and found out that the hotel is closed, and operations are suspended. No prior information or warning. When we called the hotel number, the person at the other side gave a meagre apology and offered no explanation or help. The hotel is located in a place where there is no taxi or public transport nearby, so we had to drag out luggage more than a kilometre to get to another hotel. And the best part is they take their tariff in advance! I now have the unpleasant task of getting a refund. Stay away!"
