We called front desk about the shower head and was told the engineer will come. But never, never did anyone come. And we just had to use the broken shower head, which was a bad experience. The 40 dollar destination fee was not worth it. They had a 12 dollar discount to use in the restaurant and we dined at the restaurant three times. But looking at the bill we were not given the 12 dollar per day reward. There are more to it. I’d never stay here again in future."

"The rooms are ridiculously small. You do not have access to both sides of the bed; must crawl over one another to get in/out. Their is only a cooler in the room, no fridge. Their was no ice bucket to get ice for the "cooler." The toilet was almost in the shower. It was so bad we got a refund and did not stay there"

"This DC Hotel was perfect for our stay. The front desk at check-in were super and suggested a small upgrade for the view. The breakfast was ok and the wharf area was great during the day. We were in the area for the Cherry blossom festival at peak bloom so the area was pretty crowded. This hotel did not disappoint!"
