"My suite was clean and neat. The staff immediately greeted me upon entering the front door and immediately helped me with check-in. They offered information regarding upgrades for my suite and arranged transportation when I needed it. Someone sent me flowers and they weee delivered to my room. My clothes were washed and folded as request. My undergarments weren’t properly cleaned since I was leaving the next day there was no time to have them laundered again. The proper is absolutely beautiful. The Spa was fabulous. I enjoyed my first time in Dubai. It was a wonderful experience. New Year’s Eve celebration was really nice as well. The hotel was easy to find and close to where I needed me to go even with rush hour traffic."

"The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and the servers were genuinely kind. When I needed EMT to give me and ECG due to a panic attack, the hotel was quick to provide with no extra charge. We were given late check out at 3pm. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations of what a great hotel should be."
