"Friendly staff. The breakfast choices were extremely limited; you couldn't get all the offerings. For example, they had ham, eggs, and cheese, but you could only choose 2 of the 3. It's already limited, yet you couldn't get everything.
I paid for an extra person, yet there was no additional towel. There were no hand towels in the bathroom.
There was a mini-fridge that was not plugged in or working."

"Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...
