"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. "Overall, our experience was pleasant. However, the additional resort charges of $70+ per night felt deceptive when we discovered them at check-in. It became a noticeable topic of conversation among several guests waiting in line. Had these fees been clearly disclosed upfront, I most likely still would have booked the stay. Presenting them in fine print, however, felt disingenuous and left a negative impression. "

"DO NOT BOOK!! SCAMMERS!! We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We were only able to stay first night. Rooms are super small, no windows. Feels like a jail cell. There is no even closet in the room or a space to put your suitcase. The room was one pf the queen bad rooms. AC was bot working properly, super loud and super low air quality. The water in the shower was not getting warmer. In the morning, they started to work a generator machine and it was like something in room was running. Super loud. When we asked to change room they said only we can upgrade for additional cost. Like all the things not working in our room was our fault? When wanted to leave the hotel they didn’t give us refund for the rest of the nights. This place is a huge SCAM. Zero empathy for people and very poor service of everything. "

"I reserved a room through Expedia right at the front desk to get a cheaper rate . They had 5 rooms left and i booked it and showed them the confirmation code and they kept telling me i was not in the system and told me i was not allowed to stay and had no rooms available. I had to book abother room elsewhere. I was not happy and they still billed me. I showed the front desk my receipt from expedia a d they denied my reservation but they still took my money when i dint even stay there, i tried but they refused me and stope my money ... shame on san juan hotel and shame on expedia "
