They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "

"Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine."

"So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out. No tissues in the room, our key cards stopped working 3 times and then clearly was locked out of room, once with the dogs and the kids early in the morning in our jammies, the other time was wet from the pool with kids who had to Pooh, and then another time we had our conpeltle hands full trying to leave with food and everything sorry it was a bit annoying."
