"No service after múltiple requests to unclog the shower, and then to unclog the toilet. We had one roll of toilet papers for 2 people for 6 nights, 2 shower towels only, and no paper towels. We were told twice that someone is coming to give us toilet paper and towels. Both times no one showed up. We ended up buying our own. The apartment smelled like sewers from the second day we got there. The shower would not drain properly, and that caused a heavy smell in the room. No one came to fix...

"You're matched with a Four Seasons hotel price for a 3 star hotel. Granted, the hotel electrical system was adequately installed, the architecture/design is somewhat pleasant, and the staff is, of course, Brazilian quality kindness. The Hospitality venture owners did not invest in other sections, and don't continuously do so. The beach is 3 star, and the hotel is surrounded by no decent markets, restaurants or amenities - instead, unfortunate residential poverty and stray dogs. The hotel food is scarce and good at best. Plumbing is ok, shower is not easy to find the right temperature, if ever, + low pressure, and cheap showerheads. They make decent drinks. Wifi speed and connection varies from good to zero and back. We had ants on the bed (red). The room towels were greyed and old. They need to invest heavily in a hotel consultant in order to upgrade the hotel from a 3 star. "

"This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids.
