Endroit très agréable, chambre confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Lidia nous a reçus très chaleureusement et nous a aidé au-delà de l’imaginable.

Muy poco conocimiento de gestion hotelera

Experiencia muy complicada. Encargado muy amable pero con total desconocimiento de como se gestiona un hospedaje Toda nuestra comunicacion debio hacerse via telefono a nuestro cargo porque el lugar no tiene wifi, no tiene fijo para comunicarse con los empleados y el pueblo no tiene cobertura de 3g, los empleados estaban en otro complejo todo el tiempo. La cabaña al llegar estaba ordenada pero sucia y no tuvimos toallas hasta el dia siguiente a mediodia (a pesar de reclamarlas) El desayuno era desmedido y desordenado (un kilo de pan en una bolsita y un litro de ades por dia!!) La limpieza un desastre, un dia nos encontrabamos la cama hecha pero el baño sin tocar.. reclabamos, al otro dia ordenaban el baño y la cama estaba deshecha.. ademas a cualquier hora (tipo 5 de la tarde) lo que te complicaba poder organizarte para volver a la cabaña a descansar. Les pedimos varias veces por esto y se ordenaba un momento para luego volver al mismo delirio incomprensible. Varios dias nos dejaron sin orden en la cabaña y no podiamos hacerlo nosotras porque no habia elementos de limpieza, ni bacha para enjuagar cosas (habia que limpiar las tazas en el baño), ni siquiera cesto de basura fuera del baño para tirar un saquito de te, ni un trapito para pasar en la mesa cuando se volcaba algo. Llamamos al dueño finalmente y nos dijo que estaban "desbordados", nos regalo una noche pero en represalia esas ultimas noches no tuvimos servicio de cuarto y recibimos un trato horrible.

Barreal tiene muchas alternativas de ecoturismo

Barreal tiene muchas alternativas de ecoturismo y tursimo aventura, salidas en 4x4 para internarse en la cordillera bordeando los rios que de alli bajan. Ademas solo la reserva de El leoncito da para mas de un dia. Se puede aprender o pasear con carrovelismo, o escalar sus montañas de mas de 6000 m y si lo preparas ir a sus glaciares.
