Everything was good, the pictures on website are misleading, their pool isn’t actually a pool it’s like 2 little tanks to take a dip. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was fine (it was included in the stay).

I typically stay at another hotel in BAQ but there was a big football game so most of the rooms in the city were already booked. Staff and check in was great! Observed the following issues: Rooms very old. Ants in the room. Only a thin sheet on the bed and when I turned it back there was a big hair as if they had not changed the sheets. Room was in poor condition. Grout missing and tiles cracked in the bathroom and bathroom door would not close properly. No hot water in the shower. Breakfast was so so. I probably was expecting a lot more as the price was more than I typically pay at my usual hotel but I think they raised the price because of the football. Fortunately, I only stayed one night and checked into my normal hotel the next day. My normal 3 star hotel felt like a 5 star!

Hard to beat the price for what you get.

It was good to have a covered parking garage to leave my car, it was a little tough getting in & out of it as it needs the desk clerk to activate the door. The room was clean, the toilet seat looked like it had been glued back together a few times, so that was odd. The bathroom window didn’t close all the way to seal, but that’s something I’ve experienced routinely in South & Central America. AC worked well. Shower had good water pressure. I slept well enough & the WiFi was plenty strong to watch a few videos on YouTube before shutting it down for the night. I don’t know if it was other guests or staff, but there was whistling in hallways & loud talking as early as 6am, so that wasn’t an ideal way to wakeup. All that being said, it’s hard to beat the price.

This hotel serves as a motel too. The property is dated, everything is old and smelly. Limited towels, pillows and covers. Too much noise outside. The room was extremely small, two people can not fit. The bed was loose and made a lot of noise.

Two things that I didn't like....no hot water and the AC didn't work at night. I asked twice at the front seat for someone to come and fix the AC, both times they told me it's fixed but it wasn't. It's too hot to sleep at night without AC. The housekeepers did a fantastic job.
