"I like the hotel and stayed here a few times before. The room is comfortable and the location suits me well. The last couple of times however, the food in the restaurants was not great, the service was slow. The bar was serviced by some random employee who didn’t really know what they were doing and served me a cheap semi dry wine. Notable for a region known for its wines. The shower-head was also broken and fell when I turned the water on. Overall it felt like the place was loosing it. I am not sure I will get back there on my next trip. Bummer…"

"Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, so helpful and charming. The property was just what we were hoping for with its accessibility to the various locales in the Piemonte area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was delightful in the service of the meal. I can’t say enough about this reservation and how wonderful it was. I would highly recommend it to everyone."

"Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good though"
