"Lovely hotel and very pleasant staff. Big wedding there on the same weekend we stayed which meant this took precedence over the availability of seating in the shared spaces which I wish we had been advised prior to arrival. On the second day reserved signs were placed on tables for hotel residents so we were able to get a small table on the veranda at least. Great to share facilities with another hotel in chain for pool."

Initial welcome could've been improved as i wasnt given a great deal of information about the hotel, facilities or location of the room. The room was a converted loft area. Small but good amenities. We booked in advance but had to change the reservation due to my dog being unwell and I needed to bring him with me for the night. The staff switched us to a pet friendly room with no issues. "Such a wonderful spot and the hotel is from the 1800s and for us men the beer is from local breweries. Staff could not do more, so attentive. If you DINE then you are in for a treat.
