A stunning hotel, 5 star accommodation at a fraction of the cost. I received a wonderful warm welcome from the lady on reception who showed me to my room and booked a restaurant from me 10 mins walk away.

En dehors d'un accueil des plus froid (mĂȘme le directeur ne dit pas bonjour aux clients) l’hĂŽtel est agrĂ©able et bien situĂ©. Par contre la restauration est dĂ©plorable. L'Ă©tablissement se revendique de distinctions dans les guides Michelin et Gault & Millau mais le chef est parti avec toute ou partie de sa brigade et plus rien de va. La carte est rĂ©duite Ă  sa plus simple expression et le service est chaotique. Lors de notre rĂ©servation au restaurant personne ne nous a informĂ© de la situation. Tout cela est dĂ©plorable et malhonnĂȘte. Donc Ă©tablissement Ă  Ă©viter.

Belles prestations

HĂŽtel trĂšs sympathique et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Personnel serviable mais assez peu expĂ©rimentĂ©. Petit problĂšme d’équipement car la TV ne fonctionnait pas et l’accueil ne s’est pas mobilisĂ© pour trouver une solution. Hotel hat außer Zimmern nichts, keine Bar/Terrasse ... nur ein Restaurant, das aber zu war. Wir hatten kleines Zimmer unterm Dach, Klimaanlage war defekt - wurde uns beim Check-in nicht gesagt, haben wir nachts erst gemerkt. Unfreundliches Personal (Klimaanlage war schon seit Tagen defekt), keinerlei Entgegenkommen beim Preis, sind am nĂ€chsten Tag direkt abgereist und haben uns was anderes gesucht.
