Lovely room, great breakfasts, lovely friendly staff. Nice having choice of bath or shower. Loved the hand written welcome note and Voya bathroom products. Both restaurants super and nice having the choice. Bed not as comfy as expected but a great size. Tap & sink in the bathroom was leaking.

Their was an issue with the accommodation in hotel but staff were excellent in getting alternative accommodation sorted at this busy time of year. Our trip could have been a disaster but staff + hotel were very responsive in find a solution for unforseen issues in hotel.
