"Location was convenient - shuttle available to and from mountain/village just steps away from our condo. Sauna, hot tub and steam room were also conveniently located close by. Unit had ski locker to store skis and kitchen necessities. Would stay here again. "

A quick walk to the casino where you can catch the bus to the village was appreciated.. can have a few drinks and not worry! Will book again next time we visit Tremblant. "I loved being completely independent of others with key codes and lanyards located in the house. I do wish the tv in the kids bedroom worked and that the dryer worked. Parking in the building was so tight, that we opted for outside parking all week. The home was wonderful for my family of five. Beds could have been more comfortable, but we’ll be happy to get back home!!! Thank you for a wonderful location and all the necessities."

"The coffee shops all closed at same time till 5 or 6 pm. No lattes or specialty beverages or hot milk. The server at the bar, was rude to not wait for my husband to come make the payment for baby's milk. She kept harrasing me for the payment, treated us so cheap with no trust. That we were to leave the hotel without paying. "

"We love this hotel - this was our 5th stay here! The staff are fabulous and extremely helpful. We love the outdoor area! Heated pool, large hot tub, large sauna, covered patio area, and lots of sun loungers, seating and chairs. We spend a lot of time in this area. The pool/hot tub/sauna area is also open in winter. The room comes with bathrobes to use as well. The kitchenette in all of the rooms is fabulous. Having a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee machine is wonderful. There are also basic dishes, cutlery, and a sink. There are many stores and restaurants to walk to that are a 3 - 10 minute walk away. The waterpark, ziplining and skiing are all close by as well. The hotel is a bit dated, but this is not a priority for us because of all of the fabulous things Le Relais has to offer. We will be returning again on our next visit to Saint-Sauveur!"
