"Positives:
The room has kettle, cutlery, plates and bowls etc, mugs, glasses, mini fridge and microwave. No stove or pots/pans. Also has a TV and reverse cycle air con. Lots of brochures for local dining.
Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. The room decor is colourful and simple.
Price point was very good!
Negative:
The room was NOT clean. So much dust etc behind the side tables and beds, we were sneezing and all feel congested.
The towels were larger in size, but are very well worn.
Parking was convenient (right outside or room), but they have a parking space for one of the rooms (28) that almost completely blocks the entry and exit to the parking lot.
It was very hard to get the temperature right for the shower, when you adjust it so that it's not burning hot, there is no water pressure.
The water in the bathroom sink either comes out full burst, splashing everywhere, or not at all and will go between spurting out the water then shutting off.
There is a LOT of traffic noise at night with trucks etc going by.

"The room, although very small was extremely clean. Our room faced Lucan Ave and the traffic noise was loud in the mornings. The blind let a lot of light in when the sun came up which was a bit frustrating. All staff members were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good and my husband and I enjoyed it very much. Location was very good as we were able to walk to the different areas in which we were interested. "
"The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. "
"Quite a nice room but a little dated for the cost. The TV was awful. I had to hot spot to my phone and then it was terribly slow or just decided to turn off.
Overall ok"
